Fueling Generosity

“Over the years, Follow The Star has become a community tradition in Central Texas. The Hollywood style sets of this walk through, drive through event connect people to the Savior by depicting 10 scenes from his life on earth. At this event, our partner, Generous Java provides coffee to all the participants free of charge. This act of living generously is a shining example of generosity to the thousands who attend. Because of this experience with their generosity and because of the quality of the coffee, our church, Good Shepherd, (Home of Follow The Star) began using Generous Java coffee beans for all of our events! This is a partnership made in heaven to reach the souls on earth! If God can use coffee to do this...he can use you!”

Cornerstone Restorations' introduction to Generous Java and its amazing team came from what could only be called divine appointment. Their Founder and CGO was introduced to Cornerstone Restoration through an acquaintance of his as he was traveling, at which time this amazing gift of this heavenly introduction was conceived. Since this time, Cornerstone Restoration has enjoyed the fellowship (and great coffee) with Generous Java on a number of occasions and it has always been no less than heartwarming to experience their Love for Christ as well as their support for those Ministries and Churches who are supporting our communities and more importantly building His Kingdom. To consider the mission of Generous Java in its most simple nature, to support and serve those who support and serve, a living testament and truly the embodiment of joyful partnerships in the Gospel that is spoken of in Philippians 1:3-8. I am so thankful to the Lord for the heart He has placed in the team of Generous Java, to not only share His Story and His name but to support local ministries and churches by pulling resources and raising awareness of the amazing things the Lord is doing through His Body, His children and in His communities....All, for His Purposes and His Glory.
